I wanted to edit with this tool the custom fields which are locked. I found only three fields that could be modified with this tool which are not locked, making it practically useless for editing locked custom fields.

Locked fields are not editable on purpose, since editing locked fields can damage your Jira installation. I hope you can find other functionalities of the App useful.
