Its nice but the fact that the nameplate initial colors are auto picked, we have a bunch of the same colors and it is hard to tell who said what. I feel like they should be editable, maybe not the initials itself but the color at the very least

  Thanks so much for sharing your review and feedback. Apologies for taking so long to reply; we haven't been able to respond to your review until now.

  The colour for your nameplate comes from your Jira settings. I've looked up the Jira help doc for you but it looks a little out of date - but basically, when you're in Jira, click on your initial nameplace in the top right corner (assuming you're using Jira Cloud), then click Profile. You can edit your initial nameplate from there, including changing it to an image.

  If you choose to use an image, you'll need to navigate to your 'Profile and visibility' page, and make your profile visible to 'anyone'. Bit of a quirk of the API that we have access to unfortunately.
