If the issue to be exported contains Japanese, will the characters be garbled?

can we export more than 2500 issue key at a time using this plugins?

It's quite a useful app for us where the users can export comments, attachments in addition to the issues. We recently had an issue where we could not export to Excel after upgrading the JIRA version and Deiser support has been very supportive and pro-active in getting a fix out for us in time for our production upgrade.

This app enhances the exporting options in a very useful way. Hello, is it possible to export activity history with this app?

  Yes, you should be able to export all issues transitions. comments and attachments in Excel an PDF format. In CSV you will only be able to Export attachments and comments.
