    Nice front-end. but nothing works. We received an e-mail from deiser.com which landed in spam because it was full of links and without any formatting and official signatures, so we had no attention that there was a DNS-problem on deiser. They wrote everything is fixed. But nothing works. And we don't want to create an extra account just for getting support when we are paying for an app. That is not nice.

    Yes, you should be able to export all issues transitions. comments and attachments in Excel an PDF format. In CSV you will only be able to Export attachments and comments.

    This add-on enhances the insufficient default jira export functionalities in a very good way. Finally it's possible to define adequate delimiters for CSV exports. Moreover, the support team was very quick solving a specific problem when using Exporter in German Jira environments.

    I was using the trial version of the Exporter and ran into a CSV import problem with Jira. It turned out that Jira 7.2.3 does not handle multi line import for the Comment Body if the "Map field value" box is checked in the Jira import wizard (so if you have the same problem: leave it unchecked!). Although the problem was not in the Exporter plug-in, Deiser support helped me very well and together we were able to locate the problem in the standard Jira importer. Thank you Alvaro and colleagues!

    This needs some work, I have been using it to change owner of a comment. using CSV import. The only problem is the date format took some time to convert into something i could then import into jira. it allows m/d/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy but would'nt it be better if it was something more universal like yyyy/mm/dd

Actually there's no need to convert the dates, when importing into JIRA just need to set the date format (in JIRA), it has to be the same as the one that was exported in order to keep the consistency.     How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
