Hi Marc, we released the Structure 3.0 public beta and the full public release is getting very close.
Once the full public release of Structure 3.0 is out (soon!), we'll be able to assign resources to the Testy backlog.
If you're on our product updates mailing list I can keep you updated, also I've just created a LinkedIn group for product-related discussion - I'd love to have you as the first participant! -- Robert

Unfortunately, Structure (and, therefore, Structure.Testy) is not available on JIRA Cloud and is not going to be available in the near future, because Atlassian now requires all Cloud add-ons to be created using a different plugin framework. If you use JIRA Cloud just to have a hosted JIRA service, there are other service providers that can host JIRA for you, and you can install any add-ons there. Please write to support@almworks.com if you need a recommendation for a hosting provider.

- Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.

- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
