GAIA gave us all the necessary tools we needed to set up new projects. Project managers asking for a new project to be set up no longer got the obvious "that's gonna take a while" but got their projects set up in a matter of minutes. The positive effect was that even though we were able to provide new projects fast, the workflows and issue setups didn't explode and our admins were able to maintain a clean slick JIRA install.

This is the perfect app for the first steps of Project Management. Create templates so the simple user won't have to move a finger ! Great work guys and awesome support! PS: You could add some integrations with Tempo (like the Account of the Project is linked to) or create a BigGantt upon project creation.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.
We already start to make some integration with Tempo and we plan to add few others. The next major release of Gaia for Jira will make it easier to add integration with other plugins.
At the moment, we support Tempo field from Issue. We are working to deliver a solution to help or customer to set the Default tempo Account during project creation.
On the next major release, we want to add "Tempo Account Template" that will be used by the Project Template to create new Account in tempo and link it to the project and the Issues. We love this product. Helps streamline the project creation process and ensures our standards are being followed. Support is great to work with and responds to issues in a timely manner.

Help a lot of time in creating a project and Gaia is the only easy way to create a perfect project template. Thanks for the new update in 1.6 where we can select a copy of all schemes, but I would be better if we select which schemes do we need to clone while creating a project with template anyway, thanks again for fixing that default configuration bug in 1.5.4.
