Great plugin for forms that fills a gap between Jira and Confluence. We often use it for topics that are “too small” for a separate Jira project. However, we also use it frequently to make the creation of Jira tickets from Confluence as convenient as possible for the user. As a form creator, you have to familiarize yourself with how the plugin works, but if you have any questions, Vertuna support is always quick to respond and very helpful.

I stumbled across Confiforms in my company's Confluence instance when looking for a macro that could be used to create forms and integrate with Jira. I had no idea how versatile, powerful, and full featured it would be. It's vastly superior to the default methods available through Atlassian's software. But where it really shines is the support. Confiforms support has been nothing but helpful. I have been able to submit simple and complex problems and usually get a response in 1 business day. Even when the answer isn't simple and back-and-forth communication is required to get to the bottom of the issue, they are respectful and patient, sticking with me until the problem is solved.
