      Thanks for your feedback even though we are really sorry for this experience!

      We made a search to check if you opened any support issue and we could not find any! Are you searching for any specific feature that you could not find in our App ?

      For the slowness, we have re-written the App via new technologies (Written in React) to make it faster, we are also continuously enhancing and improving the code to make it faster but sometimes when you are in the Atlassian Cloud, you can only rely on Cloud APIs and architecture to get data which can also cost time to load all the information. We are again sorry you had this experience and we would preferred you contact us on https://support.covectors.io/ to check how can make this experience better.

    For 4 days now, nothing appears when i click on the application. Please Help !!!

      Thanks for contacting us.

      None of our services indicates that the Glossary App is down and we can not find any error log entry in system related to your company name. Atlassian do not provide us with the cloud URL as you're still in trial.

      As you did not create any support ticket on system to inform us about the problem, We would highly recommend you to contact us on our support platform https://support.covectors.io/portal/2 (You just need to set your account to report the problem). Our support team is entirely dedicated to investigate and help you solve the possible problem happening in your instance.

    I did only a very brief trial of this plugin and cannot say much about it's long-term usage. However, I very much appreciated the quick turn around and responsiveness of the support team and the CPO in person. Much appreciated! Kind regards, Thomas.

      A full rework of the app has been introduced and released in 2023 by totally changing the App technology and UX to make it faster and more intuitive where several customers have confirmed the enhancement in loading data.
