Zendesk for Jira connector

The IntegrateCloud app works perfectly for our company. It allows my agents to easily create new JIRA tickets from the Zendesk ticket, link multiple JIRA tickets to one Zendesk ticket, and customize our bi-directional updates to and from JIRA. It is especially helpful in letting my agents know when specific changes have been made to the JIRA tickets. The IC developers are responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

IntegrateCloud support is the best. Any problem and they're on it right away. They just fixed a problem we were having with a username issue.
