Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira

Very useful app to overcome a gap in the base JIRA platform to get at duration / time data for statuses. Interface was easy to use, also appreciate the gadget plug-in that works natively with JIRA dashboards.

The Timepiece plugin has been incredibly helpful for our team. It provides a clear and intuitive breakdown of how long each ticket spends in every status, which has made it much easier to understand our workflow. Our entire team now has better visibility into our progress, and tracking our work has become much more efficient. Highly recommended!

I've been using the Time in Status app for over a year now and I would highly recommend it for scrum masters/delivery managers/dev leads looking to review and improve a teams throughput. It users JIRA filters to summarise how long a teams tickets are taking to move through each status in your JIRA workflow. The navigation is easier to use, with clearly defined criteria and the output is simple to collate and put into graphs to use in retrospectives etc.

Great Jira plugin. 😎 At Xpand we have used Timepiece to analyze the time stories are in each status (column). This has allowed us to track where our bottlenecks are, if we need more resources in a team, or if we need to focus in a specific area of our workflow. I would recommend it.
