Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira

We have been using Timepiece, Time in Status for Jira for over a year, and it has helped us unlock insights that were otherwise very hard to get from Jira. Earlier, we relied on a lot of manual processing with limited visibility. Timepiece makes it easy to analyze time in status, status transitions, date based views, and assignee related metrics through multiple views (by status, date, assignee, etc.). This has been extremely helpful for stakeholder reporting, process improvement, leadership metrics, and also for improving Jira hygiene and team productivity. The app has been stable and reliable in day to day usage. One improvement area would be better support for historical field values in views (e.g., seeing who an issue was assigned to when it was in a specific status), rather than only the latest value. Overall, a solid and powerful app for teams looking to get meaningful insights from Jira.

Timepiece is a really great analytical tool that helps product teams see team progress and overcome blockers in regards to cycle time and lead time. I'm always finding new ways to analyze data which Timepiece helps a lot since there are a variety of different filtering options.
