Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira

Fantastic gadget for Jira tracking. Helps show how often a jira ticket has been open and to whatever status needed. Ideally great for management and identifying where long duration jira tickets are occurring

We went looking for an app to fill in for Jira's lack of Date Based reporting in their cloud product. Time Piece Cloud gave us the ability to add Gadgets (through the Jira Dashboard feature) that give date-based reporting on ticket counts, time spent in different phases of the ticket as well as other items such as time to close. All of these items require "working magic" if just using Jira Cloud so the Time Piece Cloud app is a life saver for those tasked with creating reports using data in Jira Cloud.

This is a great addition to know the exact time every status has been taken to be changed, and where most time is wasted in each stage.

Replaced huge spreadsheets and a lot of time! We appreciate this app!

This is a great addition to JIRA. If you are looking for a seamless time tracking integration I would recommend this application.
