I installed this plugin on 8.2.8 datacenter edition because my developers wanted the ability to re-run failed jobs with different parameters (choose a different agent). When the trial license expired, plans would run but they would not do anything at all. I even created a simple plan with a single stage and a single SCRIPT job that did echo "hello world". Wouldn't do it. Had to open a ticket with Atlassian and they suggested disabling this plugin. I did that and plans started to execute. It seems that, even when disabled, this plugin had some sort of poor interaction with the secrets manager plugin since jobs run on elastic agents (AWS) wouldn't resolve secrets. After removing the utility belt plugin entirely, everything started working again. I wish I could submit this review without a rating since I am running data center and this plugin is designed for server edition but since Atlassian is getting rid of server, I am going to give this a 1 star.

Hi,
We can confirm that the app will not work if there is no active (trial) license, and that it will indeed cause your plans to stop running successfully. This is intended behaviour, and conforms to Atlassian licensing policy with regard to Data Center apps. You will need a valid license to be able to use the app. Thank you for checking this for us and verifying that the app works as expected.

Any plans to support 5.10.3? I can't get the Add On to enable.

what's the plan to upgrade plugin version to match latest bamboo 5.9.4 ? we got license compatible error when we using latest bamboo with utility belt plugin. https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/10/BSP-20828

@James: this is a known issue with the Automatic Retry add-on. We are working hard on fixing the problem and hope to be able to release a new version of the Utility Belt by the end of this week.
