More details
What is PageScore?
PageScore automatically calculates a page metric for a page within Confluence to express the level of user engagement, based on the views, likes, and comments.
A macro is provided to illustrate the score as a colourful gauge, to easily indicate how "hot" a page is.
Why use it?
For Confluence spaces that are used for idea generation it is necessary to assess ideas based on the engagement of the audience. Most people do not have the time to go through every single page in order to make a decision, and rather just read pages that would only have relevance or importance in the decision-making process.
PageScore automatically calculates a score for audience engagement and provides means to visualise that. A quick visual scan makes decision-making easier by saving time and effort on reading pages with lesser user engagement.
