Questions for Confluence

This application is very limited: (1) You cannot specifically restrict who can submit questions Vs. who answers them. (2) You cannot restrict labels or who creates them. (3) The search functionality searches for titles ONLY, not what's in the description. (4) It does not have a selective FAQ/custom sort functionality (just grouping by most votes, unanswered, or recent). (5) Because this app applies to all of your spaces, it can be difficult to manage for large organizations/multiple spaces. (6) It's quite expensive for how limited this is.

No import or export function, and no availability of a REST API when used with Atlassian Cloud.

Unauthorized action You're not allowed to perform this action. Ask your admin to grant you permission. I am the Admin!!! IT basically doesn't work.

The search is awful, making it difficult for people to find the answers they are looking for.
