View Changes on a Comment
The history icon appears on all comments with a comment history. Clicking this icon will open a popup dialog that displays the comment and its history.

This popup dialog shows the history of a Comment as accessed from the Comments tab. The top most Comment is the current comment which is followed by the Comments history in ascending order.

The Comments History tab allows you to see the history of all Comments in one easy location. History groups can be expanded/collapsed and filtered by only showing Comments with history.
