The History of a Comments
In the activity section of an issue, all of the comments history can be viewed in the Comment History tab
Sidebar View of Comment History
The history of a comment can also be viewed from the sidebar by clicking on "View Comment History" next to the "Comment History" label
Filters for the Comment History
You can filter the comment history by collapsing all comments, and their history, or by expanding all comments. You can also just view comments with a history.
