We use scroll sites to display our public documentation, and have used its previous version, Viewport, with huge success. Key factors: - Manual and live publishing (we stick to manual, but can appreciate the variety). - Great tools and integrations (Easy to handle permissions, customizations, varied tools for other areas like marketing). - Integration with other apps and macros (Support for most Confluence macros and pusual of third-party macros). - Great team (always a pleasure to work with the k15t. They listen and are quite fast with help. Extra friendly too). - Great teamwork (Open to feature requests and have implemented support for our app, Viewtracker, ensuring support and benefits for our mutual users). Many thanks!

We were using Scroll Viewport for user documentation for a while and just upgraded to Scroll Sites without any issues. Scroll Sites now doesn't need to publish manually. It does live update if activated in settings. Great upgrade! Combining Scroll Documents and Scroll Sites is excellent for managing user documentation! We're just missing one little thing: It would be very helpful, if embedded widgets could be used with token-protected sites, since the normal site in browser also works if you deliver the token via URL (?t=...). I don't know if there are good reasons, why this shouldn't work in widgets, if you provide the parameter for the token in the widget-url.

Thanks for your review, Christian! We're happy that the new live updates feature and our long-standing integration with Scroll Documents support your requirements well!

If you haven't shared your issue with embedded widgets with our support team yet, we highly encourage you to do so, so we can help out further. You can write us at help@k15t.com at any time!

      Cheers,

      Laura (K15t)

We use Scroll Viewport to publish our Confluence content as a public documentation site, and it couldn’t be easier. It transforms pages into a professional, polished site that looks like it was built with dedicated web tools, while keeping the simplicity of managing everything in Confluence.
