    Plugin is great, we use this a lot on our dashboards. Support is very responsive and helped us to resolve issues. It would be nice if the cells were clickable and could bring up a list of issues that the inherent JIRA gadgets can do.

    We ran into a recent issue on our large program that uses the sumUp gadgets extensively across our cloud Jira instance that was a result of an API change from Atlassian. Julian from xApps was very responsive and determined that the issue had a resolution and we were back up and running in just a couple of days. I appreciate the quick response to my support ticket and even more, the clear understanding of the issue by xApps and an explanation as to what changed and when it would be corrected.

    sumUp for Jira has really helped teams my company monitor and report various KPIs from Jira in an automated manner. The gadget has good documentation, nice user experience and commendable customer support. I remember running into an issue automating reporting of one of the KPIs in Jira and Jona from xApps was so helpful and used great analytical skills to provide me with a prompt solution.

    Easy to user, great support team. Only complaint is that I wish the cells were clickable and could bring up a list of issues that are counted towards each of them. Works great besides that.

    Simple but great addon to sum up values stored in CFs. Easy to configure and use and what is the most important: saves a lot of time - I don't need to extract values to excel and make some calculation after. Thanks.

    SumUp is a great tool that permits us to build dashboard reports that clearly displays the Story Points sum, which is not offered by standard Jira. Our Scrum team greatly replies on this report to analyse their work and planning next Sprints.

    It gets the job done. They also quickly turned around the fix on a limitation we found during our free trial. It seems a bit expensive for something that ideally would have been in JIRA natively, but I certainly respect everybody's gotta get paid for what they do.

    Simple but very useful way to add totals to columns. In a future version, we would appreciate having the possibility to prevent some users from using it altogether. For us, only specific projects and user roles should have access to this extra functionality. Good work :-)

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
