Dina WhelanThis should be native to Atlassian, but it is not. Thankfully we have SumUp. I create multiple dashboards to help teams and the program track progress, plan, priorities, and much more. This is a must have and the dashboards are used daily.
As for customer support, recently we had a flare stating we needed to upgrade our SumUp version. After doing so our dashboards would not load. I submitted a ticket with Decadis. The issue ended up being on our side due to changes in Jira's APIs but the Decadis team help investigate and gave us the fix (had to whitelist a domain).
