    We shifted from other tools to Usersnap because this tool is easy enough for both internal and external teams to use to report bugs. And since we're a Jira shop, it dovetails nicely into our existing process. It has helped us decrease confusion and questions QA needs to ask and we get much better visibility quickly across all audiences.

    Usersnap is most useful for me as for QA engineer - possibility to create in Jira fully described information about the issues like severity, expected and actual results, description, environment, etc. Great work! I will be waiting for the new features!

    We use multiple integrations with Usersnap. We have used the Zendesk integration for a long time for our front facing product and use the JIRA integration on our test stacks so we can have our teams log quality bug reports with markups, console logs. This has helped our QA team really get to the bottom of the issues and communicate quickly to development what to fix. Highly recommend this integration!!

    Usersnap is a great tool for capturing user feedback and bugs. The integration with JIRA works flawlessly. All the required information is sent over making it easy for us to track all user feedback, bugs and feature requests in one tracker.

    The integration between UserSnap and JIRA is vital. This plugin allows us capture any console errors and screenshots with the UserSnap report and have that sent over to JIRA. Very big time-saver.

    Our company has comforted users with ability to voice their concerns and expect that the feedback submitted into Usersnap turn into meaningful business action. We have been able to supplement a relevant user experience on usersnap with this integration into Jira so we can see a feedback in its raw form but easily meld it with other tickets in Sprints.

    Usersnap is great for collecting visual user feedback. It integrates well with JIRA and enables us to deal with the large volume of feedback we receive. It is one of the few products on the market that DOESN'T required a Chrome Extension to capture visual feedback (thus giving the application full access to your browsing data). Few simple lines of code and you are up and running. Would like to see new features drop a little faster hence why 3 stars.

    UserSnap has been a great tool to get feedback from users. It integrates well as a widget and is customisable to match any design. The JIRA integration is nice, and allows screenshots to be sent there directly. However, this seems to only work one way - closing the screenshot on usersnap once the linked issue is closed on JIRA would be nice. Also shared lists per project would be nice too, rather than personal lists only. Overall, a good tool for feedback and bug reporting from external testers/users.

    We've been Usersnap fans for many years and we've seen the product grow and improve tremendously. An essential part of our agency workflow, we use Usersnap internally during the dev process, but also during content validation by our client. The screenshot and user debug info give us precious insight into the precise elements of the bug/improvement being reported, and we can even gather feedback from users that are not part of our Jira user group. Invaluable and fun to use!
