Usersnap #1 User Feedback Platform (Two-Way Integration)

I was on a team that wrote and built this functionality internally, and I have to say I was able to surpass much of that functionality with Usersnap and Jira Cloud right out of the box.

Faulty - after install you need the trigger and secret keys to integrate Usersnap. But this app shows blank secret. Atlassian support is terrible. Been 3 days and still no reply from them. Reached out on Twitter but not much help. Ticket opened but no support response yet! So frustrating!!

I've tried that tools and have found that very impressive. Integration is easy, pricing acceptable. I'll integrate it in new UI-related projects. I suppose that should be very useful for collaboration with users - so, they do not need to do much, however dev/project team will receive great improvement in process.

We shifted from other tools to Usersnap because this tool is easy enough for both internal and external teams to use to report bugs. And since we're a Jira shop, it dovetails nicely into our existing process. It has helped us decrease confusion and questions QA needs to ask and we get much better visibility quickly across all audiences.

Usersnap is most useful for me as for QA engineer - possibility to create in Jira fully described information about the issues like severity, expected and actual results, description, environment, etc. Great work! I will be waiting for the new features!
