Usersnap integrates with on-premise and cloud-based Jira Software. Users take screen recordings or screenshots of their issues or feedback within your web apps or websites. They easily draw on them and add comments on these screenshots.
All visual feedback comes with meta data like screen size, URL, operating system, browser version and a recording of the JavaScript console.
Alternatively, you can use a browser extension to collect feedback in your web projects without installing Usersnap.
