I've been an Atlassian admin for about 7 years now. CMJ is invaluable, allowing for building out projects or implementing significant changes to them in lower environments before pushing them up to your production environment. Without this plugin, you have to manually recreate every change. The integrity checks are also very useful for keeping the instance tidy. My one complaint would be that project automation rules are not included in the snapshots, so those still have to be added by other means.
