Doesn't work at all for Free sites.

  Unfortunately, it's true that CMJ cannot operate on Jira's free tiers for deploying project configurations between Jira Cloud sites. More details about these requirements are in our documentation here: CMJ Prerequisites.

  However, we are more than eager to assist you during your trial period! Some limitations arise due to the constraints of Jira's free tier, which you can learn more about here: Jira Cloud plans.

I was able to start the migration analysis with the Cloud Migration Tool, and I am impressed with how detailed and organized the analysis provides information on configuration items that will be created, updated, and conflicts. Pretty similar experience as the server to server configuration manager for Jira. Good job!
