    It has exactly what I need, but I was not able to make synchronization of Jira users work. I have read all the documentation and believe that I have done everything correctly. It's a handy and cheap app, but it does not work!

    It's not working in JIRA cloud. Features and demo stated do not align. VERY CHEAP but still not worth it. If the features promised existed and worked it would be worth a second look. Teamlead, you have not released a worthy product here.

    Not all the features exist in the cloud version. Tracking financials for instance is not, which is practically the most important feature of all.

    This is feature rich CRM with many good features. The problem is that the software is buggy and the vendor provides bad response on critical issues. For example, I just reported API issues including repro steps, which literally wipe out Company Names, and they tell me that they are not able to provide me ETA to fix it. I also reported that I am not able to do bulk edit using API on list field type, and again there is not much effort to fix it. So I am stuck with CRM where I am not able to update fields for about 300 customers. The only way to do it is manually which is simply not possible. I think the vendor does not understand that if customers decide to implement a CRM in Jira the CRM becomes core for every single ticket. The basics needs to be working without issues and critical issues needs to be fixed promptly because the impact is always high. In summary, really good app, but you will struggle with implementation and maintenance in case you hit some issues. From all the reviews, I think the vendor improves the approach to support, they would really have many satisfied customers.

    Great Idea and Great Development work. I am very happy with it. One Thing which could make it even greater Product ist to improve Localization. We need kind of readymade German Localization... Not only in Language texts, but also in Currencies, since Idea ist helping SALES and they have to do with lot of money stuff... I will still give it 4 Stars for very practical approach and there is no possibility for me to give here 3 1/2 Stars ;)

    Upon initial installation I attempted an import from Podio.com and it failed. I assumed I needed to prepare the fields in CRM to be able to handle the columns the import data will be expecting. Upon attempting to add a custom attribute in the plugin, this error was presented. Based on the error logs for JIRA the problem is not very clear to me...     How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
