I really like the tool as it is very simple use and to easily create checklists in the markdown editor. We also excessively use automation for jira rules of the app in order to add checklist-templates to milestones and quality gates and thus control our process and to have clear DoD-criteria. After our latest update we had a problem with the mentioned automation rule that was fixed in no time by the excellent support. Summing up, the app perfectly suits our needs and comes with an excellent customer support.

Great Add-on, indispensable for our users. The support is also very good, communication is excellent and fast.

Great add-on for Jira. Offers lots of flexibility and has amazing Support team. Whenever I hit a wall trying to implement one of our Use-cases Support was quick in providing the solution or a good workaround.

One of the best add-ons for Jira Data Center. So much nicer than Sub-tasks! Offers a lot of flexibility, and users love the ability to quickly add new "tasks" to a Story, or creating a list of "mandatory reviewers" for changes, etc.
