Great add-on for Jira. Offers lots of flexibility and has amazing Support team. Whenever I hit a wall trying to implement one of our Use-cases Support was quick in providing the solution or a good workaround.

One of the best add-ons for Jira Data Center. So much nicer than Sub-tasks! Offers a lot of flexibility, and users love the ability to quickly add new "tasks" to a Story, or creating a list of "mandatory reviewers" for changes, etc.

We've used this add-on for a couple of years and it is extremely popular with our users. I ran into the first problem I have encountered with the app yesterday and reached out to support. I had a response from them within minutes and within less than an hour of my original request we had diagnosed the problem and fixed it (note - it was my error, not actually a problem with the app itself). In addition, Maxime Lefebvre went the extra mile to make sure that I fully understood the consequences of configuration changes I'd made, thus eliminating future confusion that might otherwise have occurred. Thank you, HeroCoders, great support can be even more important than having a great product - you provided both.
