eazyBI, just like any other data visualization and analysis system, has an underlying complexity that requires a good understanding of the data. Because Jira itself is a complex system, it is often difficult to get started with finding the right dimensions and metrics for your reports.
In this case there is almost exact same report already in our example library "Issues due by Assignee and Status". To see only issues with the "Open" status, you can click on the "Open" label in the chart and click the "Select this ->" option from the dropdown.
You can copy-paste this or other reports from the demo library to your account. If you need any help with creating your initial reports, please don't hesitate to contact eazyBI support at support@eazybi.com.

Yasmin,
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
With eazyBI we try to make simple things easy and advanced things possible. To achieve that we limit choices to most used charts, covering most requirements. eazyBI supports many chart types, including: interactive table, column, bar, line, area, timeline, pie, donut, scatter, bubble, Gantt, gauge, and map chart types. It is also possible to create mixed charts with different chart types and many data axis in one chart. These visualization options are sufficient for most business users while keeping visualization options limited.
In future versions we plan to add a few more chart types often used in SAFe and Agile reports.
Regarding custom fields, eazyBI recognizes Jira and many 3rd party Jira app custom fields automatically. Those can be imported with a single click. It is also possible to manually define and add additional advanced custom fields using advanced settings. This enables users to import almost any Jira data. If you have any specific custom fields you'd like to import, contact us and we'll help you with that.
When it comes to "out-of-the-box" solutions, during installation, eazyBI will create only a few sample reports as an example. There is a vast library with example reports and dashboards which can be copy-pasted to your own accounts.
If there is any specific chart you'd like to create and you feel stuck, feel free to contact support@eazybi.com – we'll be glad to help you with that.

Michael,
Thank's for your feedback. By default eazyBI is pre-configured with default setup and import settings and require almost no configuration, especially for trial purposes. For production setup there are more granular setup and import options to adjust eazyBI for best performance.
Could you share more details about the configuration challenges you faced while setting up eazyBI? Could you send us note to support@eazybi.com we'll be glad to help you.

Pricing FAQ
- How does cloud app pricing work?
Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.
When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.
If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
- How do I determine my cloud pricing?
Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.
The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
- Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
- Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.
If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).
- Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?
Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.
- Can I extend my free trial?
For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
eazyBI is a Top Vendor, committed to providing support for their apps at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
