    I have installed this add-on. It is mentioned that for this add-on requires paid or trial qTest license. What are the pricing details for qTest Manager ? We are on JIRA Cloud.

    My company purchased qTest because of it's rich feature-set and ability to integrate with "any version of Jira" (per the Tricentis sales person that I dealt with). My company is using a older version of Jira server with plans to upgrade to the cloud sometime over the summer. I have spent two weeks trying a variety of different things to get the connection to work and have been unsuccessful. I have logged an incident which has gotten no response. Based on what I am reading on the Atlassian marketplace, the version of Jira server that my company has will not work with the latest version of qTest. I am disappointed in the lack of support/response from Tricentis after purchasing licenses and having issues with the configuration. I was told that this product integrates with "any version of Jira server" and from my experience, I will say that is not true. Definitely do your due-diligence before purchasing licenses.

    I recommended QASymphony and qTest for JIRA Test Management to a client recently. The customer came back to tell me how impressed they've been with the product and the great integration with JIRA.I went and checked it out myself and started using it. I realized how easy the integration was easy to setup, and use the explorer tool often for tasks outside testing.
