Leverage easy configuration for the HTTP fields. You can set basic access authentication and select an HTTP request type.
HTTP feed custom fields obtain values from a JSON or XML response via JSONPath or XPath. Once you have them configured, you can select one or multiple options in a ticket Create or Edit view.

Details
In this version of the HTTP Feed Custom Fields we have implemented the following bug fixes:
- Now JSON multi select fields are rendered on the Customer request screen in Jira Service Desk
- If JSON/XML fields cannot retrieve the values on the Edit screen, now the app renders a user friendly output.
Installation
- Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate HTTP Feed Custom Fields via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
