    Hi, sorry for that. Please, find another solution or upgrade your Jira. We do not support old versions of Jira.

    There is probably only one developer of the plugin, Andrey Markelov. I have posted several bugs in June 2014, but no one was solved. No update of plugin appeared since August 2014. So when JIRA 6.4 was released, no update of this plugin was released. Andrey probably stopped working on this plugin by some reason. I do not recommend to install and use this plugin.

    This add-on is excellent. It fit our needs perfectly. Additionally, this developer is extremely professional and very helpful. We had a slight issue with custom filters and he resolved it very promptly. I highly recommend this developer and this add-on.

    I am having a very similar experience to Leos Junek. While I love the idea of this product , we found what I think is serious a defect with it. While it works fine in screens view it doesn't seem to populate value from an API in the Service desk's "Requests types" view. I have reported this and gone through great lengths to detail the issue with support. After several commutations support replicated the defect. I was hoping this would lead to a resolution but instead no one is responding to my tickets now. Needless to say I am very disappointed as this would have been a great solution to several issues we are having. Quite honestly I am surprised to see a reputably company like CPrime would deal with it's customers like this.If anyone from CPrime is reading this please get back to me as I would still be interested in helping you/us solve this issue. Thanks

    Hi, I get the field "Http/Json Request GET" in the issue creation. But i can't use it in the service Desk forms i have juste a empty field. Any solutions please ? Thanks.

    With HTTP Feed Custom Fields 1.2.11, we are happy to introduce additional proxy settings to your fields.

    Now you can configure the access to your proxy server and use it for various purposes like sharing Internet connections on a local area network, hide your IP address, implement Internet access control, access blocked websites and so on.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate HTTP Feed Custom Fields via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
