Summary
Fix Mermaid diagrams not rendering inside hidden tabs/containers
Details

Fixed a bug where Mermaid diagrams in the Markdown macro failed to render (showing a misleading "Syntax error in text" message) when nested inside a container that starts hidden and becomes visible later — e.g. Adaptavist Page Container -> Page Tab. Diagram rendering is now deferred until the block is actually visible/measurable, and retried if a render attempt fails, instead of running unconditionally on page load.
