e-Reminders for Jira

We have been using this add-on and now we are in the process of evaluating how many reminders have setup by our users. Is there any quickest way to find the following things? 1. how many users are using this add-on? 2. how many reminders have configured so far? Thank you

Works great, you just need to know how to specify the fields you want exported. For me e.g if you want the Status field then you need to specify it as "status.name" in the Issue Fields. If you want Organization field then it needs to be specified as "customfield_10004.name" wish it was simpler but works as so. Also the SMTP setting if you want to use your own email as the sender doesn't seem to work. Hope support can help with this please. I tried built in subscription but only works for internal users, I need it to send the report to external email addresses. Also my understanding Jira Subscription doesn't have an option for csv format, this does. That's why this is a nice plugin :)

Broken. The Reporter & Priority column are always blank despite all issues in my filter having data for these fields, before the dev inevitably gets back saying its my fault like all the other reviews, they are defined correctly as my Created and Updated date column are working without problem and defined in the same manner. Also including the base html in the custom html template section would be nice, but it isn't, would have saved me having to write all the html from scratch....... for something that is broken anyway. This was a free trial and i feel like i want a refund, avoid !

  You can use "Test Query" button to run query and show all data objects available.

  To include reporter name you need to reference field as "reporter.displayName". To show priority use "priority.name".

  Note that Atlassian started rolling out changes that limit access to personal data such as email and name due to GDPR compliance.

Most of the columns remain blank on the CSV export. Response: Some fields are showing the data (key and summary for ex), but most of the others are not showing anything, including priority and status.

  Are you sure there's issue data for blank cells? Did you test your query with columns specification? Does it find data for each specified column?
