Workzone: PullRequest Workflow

As a partner, we have been working with Izymes and Workzone for several years. The solution stands out for its stability, rich feature set, and ability to meet the demands of complex and regulated environments. The Izymes team is highly professional, with responsive support, strong partner engagement, and a genuine willingness to adapt to real-world needs. A reliable long-term partner with a solid solution that we confidently recommend.

We use Workzone in our workspace, and it has greatly improved our pull request workflows. Setting up Workzone has reduced unnecessary PR merges into the main/master branches, lowering the number of bugs in production. The vendor is responsive and actively adds requested features. One such feature was providing a static IP so that Workzone can be accessed behind a corporate firewall.

We use the Workzone plugin in Bitbucket Server and are in the process of migrating to Bitbucket Cloud. The vendor has provided great support as we've learned how to configure the cloud version of the plugin. They've even been responsive to adding features to the cloud version that we used heavily in the server version.
