Raised 3 support requests on Add-on version related queries, No response from add-on Vendor. Poor support.

Used this app for a while but ultimately replaced it with 'Time Tracking & Estimation Report Gadget' because we found that 'Project Metrics' was not being updated frequently enough in order to be compatible with newer Jira versions.

Ok app if it suites for you as it is. It does not fit to our usage as it is (another format of time would be needed to make life easier). I created Feature proposal (on July) and support issue via Support Center, but no responses. Why to keep Support Center alive if no one reads it ?
