Easy Email Reminders consists of 3 x screens:-
- Create a Reminder Email
- Reminder Email Schedule
- Reminder Email
Create a Reminder Email:-
- This screen enables you to enter a short 150 character reminder
- Set the start date for the reminder email
- Set the completion date of the reminder email
- Set the frequency for repeating the reminder email
- Enter the name and email address of the person who created the reminder
- Enter the email addresses or groups who will receive the reminder
- The Send button sends the first reminder email to the nominated recipients
Reminder Schedule:-
The reminder schedule lists all active reminder emails, including:-
- the reminder message
- the name of the person who created the reminder
- the name(s)of the recipients of the reminder email
- the frequency of the reminder email
- and the status of the reminder email

There are 2 x optional actions for each reminder email:-
