PartialEV has reverse proportion with "Rissue(the remaining estimate of issue)“ ,so the formula should be:PartialEV=(Oissue -Rissue )/Oissue *EVissue.

My business currently has an onsite version of this software and the tempo plug in. As CEO, I"m finding that no one is really using it and no one in my (sprawling) IT staff seems to be able to give me a reasonable way forward since no one really wants to waste time maintaining their time logs manually. Can you let me know whether there is a way within JIRA to track time spent on projects automatically based on the users active project or ticket - i.e., can a developer just click on the project and have that be the time tracker so that they don't have to manually keep track of the time that they spend on each project or ticket? Thus, so long as a developer is always on a ticket (could even have one for generalized research) the timer is going.

I am very sorry to hear that you do not like the simplified overview screens we introduced in version 11. Please note though that the original overviews *are still available* as the Steering Committee Report: it is in all respects identical to what it was originally.
Given other users feedback, the original overview screens seemed to have reached a level of complexity that was too high, making them hard to understand, especially for new users. We felt that while they were still extremely valuable as reports, they were not truly overviews anymore.
Please note also that while the new overviews are much simpler to grasp, most of the data from the original overviews is still there! The main difference being that the data is presented differently, through bar charts and other graphical widgets rather than in a tabular fashion.
I would be extremely interested to learn more about the specific pieces of information you find missing in the new overviews and that you would like to see restored. We take user feedback extremely seriously as we strive to make Tempo Budgets great for all our customers, old and new.
