I highly recommend this App, except that they have great features of delegating the admin roles to some trusted users, from a personal experience, they have a wonderful support team whom are willing to help, guide you and solve even complicated problems related to other plugins (a project creating template plugin in my case)

Use this add on for years. Saves a lot of time for the administrators because users are able to create projects by themself and do not mess up your Jira config due to shared config projects use. Btw. Awesome support team behind it, fixed big issues within couple of days, not weeks or months like others. Thumbs up.

We use the products JIRA and Confluence to manage our projects and document what we have developed. The integration of the two has simplified our work processes and allows my team to actively participate in self-assigning tasks as they are entered into the system. Having used several more complicated project management tools, I like the ease by which I can set-up and track all our projects visually. I use the reporting features to help me determine if I've over allocated a team member and reassign work.
