Project Configurator for Jira

We were unable to exclude users/roles/notification schemes etc using project configurator ,Appfire support was quickly able to provide us with a solution.

Good software. However for complex configurations : try the more powerful big brother : Configuration Manager for JIRA

We are planning to migrate Jira from Server to Data center, luckily we got a quicky response for the issue resolving from the support team.

Basically obsolete. I'm told multiple times by the support to use a different app than this to do project migrations. Used to be good before being acquired by Appfire to be deprecated. Support suggests paying customers to instead use CMJ (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?hosting=cloud&tab=overview), which is another app by Appfire, and it's paid. Of course, you do not get offered a free/matching license if you own Project Configurator. The fact that this plugin is still being sold here without any disclaimers is either a money grab, or incompetence. I won't speculate. 2 stars for historical usability, 0 for support.
