Elements Copy & Sync (clone issues, projects and epics)

We have been using this app for the last couple of years or so and it works great, especially the synchronisation of comments which is a feature Atlassian don't officially offer. Their support team is also very helpful, I recently raised a ticket with the team and they came back to me straightaway with the right hints on what to check in order to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend this app.

Am happy with how this app works, and very useful especially in situations where one have a JSM SPOC that distributes work items to different teams internally. Helps with the consistancy and increased quality of the work items being created. The service/support also is great. Every time contacting Elements support regarding the app, they have been very helpful, quick to start working on the tickets, provide good information and have a good follow-up process.

It is a great app and saves us a lot of money. We sync issues between JSM and Jira Software. In this case we don't need the expensive JSM agent licenses for all our employees. The support is also great, fast and good. Just what a customer need. One star is missing because the logging can do better. Not everything is being logged and the info within the log can do better.

This app comes in incredibly useful for us. I like that it is not overloaded or overcomplicated. It simply does what it's name suggests by letting you define rules that COPY and SYNC Jira issues as you want. It's very easy to configure, too. We have been using it for a couple of years and created over 25.000 work items effortlessly with the help of Elements Copy & Sync.
