Have been using the product for 6 years and only the best experience so far. It took time to create what we needed but we are now running SAFe, Engineering Metrics from Jira/GitLab data. Very flexible tool that can be tailored based on specific needs. Separate Kudos goes to the Support team. They have been super helpful in getting us where we need with complex reporting.

Absolutely stellar customer support. Very very difficult learning curve, requires a lot of work to get the framework going but they have tons of resources.
