  It would be very helpful if you could share a few screenshots and details, so we can better understand in which part of the functionality the "Teams" field didn't work as expected.

  Currently, the Teams field is supported in the Dependency Table,Pivot table, and Board tracking with tree view where you can:

  - Add it as a column in Pivot Analytics and Dependency Analytics

  - Use it as a saved filter by teams

  - Use of Quick filters by team on Boards and board Backlogs

  We would love to take a closer look and make sure everything works as intended for your use case!

  Thank you for your valuable feedback. We've improved the documentation to highlight that this feature you mention will be available when Atlassian releases an API that allows us to implement it. Apologies for wasting your time evaluating the application and disappointing you only because this feature was not available and the rest of the awesome features were not of interest to you.

This app does not work with cloud edition of jira. I installed it and the feature did not appear anywhere.
