Create multiple subtasks for an issue and specify the following attributes for its subtasks: Summary, estimate, assignee, description, priority, component, versions, issue-type, labels, reporter, due-date.
Create multiple subtasks when an issue reaches a specified workflow transition using Jira's workflow postprocessing functions.
Configure the desired behaviour using the Jira workflow editor.
Project-wide templates may be configured by each project administrator as global templates by Jira administrators.
In addition each Jira user may manage his own, custom templates.

The Quick-Subtasks Plugin for Jira allows you to create multiple subtasks for an issue using a text template in a special syntax. Features are: Managing multiple sub-task templates on a user, project or global base, creating subtasks when a workflow transition is reached, integration into the workflow editor, prefixing subtasks with the parent issue's summary, setting different attributes for each subtask e.g. the estimate, the assignee, the description, the priority, the component, labels, the fix-version, the affected-version, the issue type, the due date, the reporter, links / relations and inheriting custom fields.

Installation
- Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate Quick Subtasks for Jira via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
