    Installed profield plugin , However i am not able to getting the same menu for this plugin like filed layout and all. while checking the pro field administration, showing me check default Jira permission. All project administrators are also Profields Administrator Error while getting the permission roles : not able to select any user here Please suggest

    Their product support is not the best. In October 2019, I submitted a ticket to support because fields on some of our projects are not saving (you can change the field, but then you cannot save it, rendering the app pretty useless for those projects). I have not gotten an update on my support ticket since October 2019, despite the fact that I have followed up on my ticket 5 times asking for an update. I opened another ticket because I thought maybe somehow my original ticket got lost in the shuffle, or Deiser wasn't being notified that I was commenting. On that ticket I got the below response: "Sorry if you feel like we are not working on your issue. We are actually on this as there have been some changes in Jira Cloud that might have affected this screen too. We would like to keep communications through the first ticket that you opened. Also, please keep in mind that we are still investigating as this might affect others too. Thank you for your understanding and support." It's mentioned to keep communications in the original ticket - but - Deiser is not communicating with me in that ticket so I don't know what more I can do. It would just be nice to get any update at all over a 3 month period of time.

    Profields is a great way to store meta data in a Jira Project. I've created great Dashboards based on Profields data. The support is great to in case you need help.

    We are very happy with the service we have received with Profields. In setting up a new layout we experienced an issue whereby the layout could not be edited or saved. Being worried about having to re-do lots of effort should we have to start over, instead we reached out with a support ticket. The agent assigned could not have been more helpful, providing clear instruction to help with diagnosing the issue and then ultimately providing a customized script to run in the Profields console which immediately resolved the problem. With a few messages back and forth the issue was resolved in the same day it was raised really minimizing impact to our team. Thank you very much for the excellent support!

    We use Profields pretty extensively so you can imagine our dismay when we were unable to properly start the app in our newly upgraded Jira environment. I reached out to support with this issue and they went above and beyond, writing a custom migration script to solve the issue for us. Everything is working as expected now.     We are using Profileds to help us to manage our projects portfolio that grows by 30 projects every month. The app helps us to add lots of extra fields on the project level so we can track them and categorize them into different areas. One of the best part of this app, is the integration with others Atlassian apps like project delegation for creating project and eazyBI to create dashboard for management.

    Profields is a really handy app when you have to manage Project level data, especially if you have large number of Projects in your JIRA Instance. It has integrated really well into in to our JIRA instance.. Also the Profield support staff is really amazing.. !!

    Works great so far. I wish E Time Spent worked accurately as a required field. It looks like that's been a big complaint for quite some time now. I can't find documentation on how to add a Profield Schemes as a default so that all newly created Projects have the Profields added automatically without requiring to go into a different screen to add it to your project. I would prefer that my users don't know where to do this so that they can't try to change a fields or requirement.

    Do I understand correctly that these fields need to have pre-defined values in the project configuration's "Project Fields" page for them to be visible in project screens?

    Hello Deney, indeed, it's up to the Project Administrator to set the values for the fields. Those values will be visible only on the project they've been set. Although some projects are sharing the same layout, the field values apply per project.

    Excelent add-on and lot of custom fields and options! The only option I miss is at the custom fields are the use of LABELS one synced with the issues LABELS, if it can be done would be great.

    Amazing add-on and very easy to use. This fills the void that I had of wanting to track custom properties at a project level (requester, estimated cost and duration, status, etc.) I also love the "Project Navigator", which allows me to create various custom views and easily export needed data into Excel for distribution and presentation needs.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
