Projectrak (Project Portfolio Management for Jira)

We use this applications quite heavily for data management and reporting purposes and whenever we have had issues the support team is absolutely fantastic. They respond quickly to your support requests and keep us informed on the progress of fixes or guiding us with workarounds. I never worry when I need to open support requests (which are few) because I know it will be taken care of with efficiency and care. Thank you!

We decide to add this tool to our Jira Software Suite to provide a PMO and portfolio project approach. Great succes in use of its functionnalities. We implement a dedicated "Weather report" (all fields customizables + Jira standard fields) for all project. We provide custom list and view for our Project managers, head of management and Business leaders. Central tool for my PMO team in Project report delivery. Specific widget allowed in Jira dashboard to focus on Projectdata. A hight Quality/Cost benefits. We also are using the API attached to this tool in order to provide all Project Data in our In house Reporting Tool.
