Projectrak (Light project management PPM solution for Jira)

Projectrak is a key tool in our Project Management toolkit. It improved the quality of data associated with our Jira projects and made it much easier to share this too. IE. Project stakeholders all had access to the same information. Additionally, we integrated this data into EazyBI reports to provide valuable reports. Finally, we provided feedback on a feature that would be really useful to us. IE. The use of relative dates like currentDay(). DEISER were responsive and delivered the functionality. Thanks!

We are very happy with the service we have received with Profields. In setting up a new layout we experienced an issue whereby the layout could not be edited or saved. Being worried about having to re-do lots of effort should we have to start over, instead we reached out with a support ticket. The agent assigned could not have been more helpful, providing clear instruction to help with diagnosing the issue and then ultimately providing a customized script to run in the Profields console which immediately resolved the problem. With a few messages back and forth the issue was resolved in the same day it was raised really minimizing impact to our team. Thank you very much for the excellent support!
