Report generation is now much faster, only taking a few seconds for moderately sized reports.
Reports can now be restricted by date range as well.
Additional details have been added to the report output, giving a summary of reviews covered by the report.

Improvements- Fix bug which caused some changesets to be incorrectly treated as reviewed.
- Ensure that graph colours are always visible.
- For Subversion, ignore the changeset which created a branch.
- Improve report creation process by making help contextual and by hiding unneeded fields.
- Add notes to help explain edge cases.
- Improve display of users: use user mappings to consolidate committers and reviewers; show avatars and real names.
- Provide links to reviews and changesets.
- Disable reports if Crucible is not available.
- Change use of HTTP methods so review details page can always be reloaded.
Known Issues- Performance of report generation degrades linearly with the number and size of reviews in the system.

- Update security handling for request parameters. All non-control characters are permitted, but parameters are restricted to 512 bytes.

Known Issues
- Performance is very poor if some reviews contain a thousand or more revisions.
- In rare circumstances revisions may be reported as unreviewed even when they are part of a review with many revisions. This can be worked around by creating additional reviews just for those revisions.
- For Subversion, commits that span multiple branches are not handled perfectly.
