The Search Boost Plugin for Confluence allows you to alter the priority of a Confluence page in the search results.
You may modify the ranking for each page in your wiki using a custom dialog with a slider.
A Confluence administrator may specify a user group that is allowed to modify the page's search rank.

I've tried it but though the documentation for the plugin module tells us that "Returning a score of 0 will remove the document from the results." this actually does not happen .. perhaps it is a feature not to produce "ghost pages" that won't ever be found again.
I should fetch myself a coffee and take a deeper look at the Confluence sources here sometimes :)
*update*: I've added this as a new feature request to the issue tracker - please feel free to follow and/or comment.

Installation
- Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
- Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
- Locate Search Boost Plugin for Confluence via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Confluence instance.
- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
