Every recurring ticket, created on time
A five-minute tick claims each occurrence exactly once, so a rule cannot fire twice or silently skip. Daylight saving, month-end and a run that died mid-flight are all handled, and the history says which happened.
Working days, weekends and holidays
Set your project's weekend and holiday list once. Each rule then chooses what a non-working day means for it: move it to the next working day, move it back, or skip that occurrence. The due date moves too.
A run history that explains itself
Every occurrence is recorded with the issue key it created, or the reason it did not: a skipped run, a moved day, a subtask Jira refused. Nothing is dropped without saying so somewhere you can read it.

What it does:
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules, with an end date or a run limit.
• Working days: a per-project weekend and holiday calendar, and a per-rule choice to roll the issue forward, roll it back, or skip that occurrence entirely. The due date moves with it.
• The full issue template — description, reporter, assignee, priority, labels, parent, due date and your own custom fields.
• Dynamic titles. {{occurrence.number}} and date expressions render per run, so occurrences are told apart in a backlog.
• A subtask checklist created under each issue.
• Only create the next one once the previous is closed, if you want that.
• Run history that names the issue it created, or explains why it did not.
No Jira automation quota is consumed. Nothing leaves Atlassian.
