DeployBeat: DORA Metrics for Self-Hosted Git & CI

DeployBeat measures all four DORA metrics for engineering leaders whose toolchain is not on the public internet: deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate and time to restore service, each with its Elite/High/Medium/Low band and a trend over time. The app adds a DORA page to every Jira project plus a global page for the whole instance, and respects Jira permissions, so people only see metrics for projects they can already access. Your servers push events to DeployBeat by webhook, which means no VPN, no inbound access and no agent to install. Supported sources today are GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Argo CD and Gitea/Forgejo, with PagerDuty and Alertmanager for incidents. When an incident source is connected, change failure rate and time to restore are computed from real incidents rather than inferred from deploy status. Lead time works with Jira, Linear, Azure Boards or GitHub Issues.
