Find the pages that disagree
Two pages give two answers. An approval lapsed on a date nobody checked. A runbook names a tool you retired. Each finding quotes the page, says why it was flagged, and carries a confidence score.
Decide, or hand it to the owner
Check the quotes, then confirm, dismiss, or assign the finding to whoever owns the page. They fix it in Confluence and mark it resolved. Evergreen never edits a page.
Keep analysis inside Atlassian
Nothing leaves Atlassian. Page content is analysed by Atlassian-hosted models inside Atlassian infrastructure, with no vendor servers in the path. You choose which spaces it scans.

Evergreen AI finds the Confluence pages most likely to be stale: conflicting instructions, expired approvals, and references to tools your own documentation says were replaced.
Each finding quotes the page, explains why it was flagged, and carries a confidence score. Reviewers confirm it, dismiss it with a reason, or assign it to the page owner, who fixes it in Confluence and marks it resolved.
Evergreen AI checks for:
- Conflicting claims within or across pages.
- Facts contradicted by newer pages.
- Approvals past their stated validity period.
- References to retired tools or processes.
- Owner details that need checking.
Admins choose the spaces to scan. A monthly analysis budget scales with your user count; scanning pauses when it is used up.
Evergreen AI never edits, archives, or deletes pages. Analysis runs on Atlassian-hosted models inside Atlassian infrastructure; nothing leaves it.

Scanning
- Scan now analyses every page in the spaces you pick; scheduled scans stay incremental.
- Fixed: the monthly re-check was planned but not run.
- The Scans table shows skipped and failed pages.
Findings
- One finding per issue: a contradiction is listed once with both pages and quotes. Confirm, dismiss, or assign applies to both.
Budget
- The monthly budget now scales with user count: 5M tokens up to 10 users, then 20M plus 60k per user, max 200M. It refreshes daily. The custom cap setting is removed.
Reliability
- Model calls are held to 90 a minute; backoff is no longer logged as an error.
- Deep-tier analysis and contradiction checks run on Claude Sonnet 5, hosted by Atlassian inside Atlassian infrastructure.
