Teams use it to:
- Reward status updates, worklogs, helpful comments, resolved blockers and kudos
- Grow personal pixel-art trolls through quests, streaks and collectibles
- Bring several Jira projects together in one animated Team Village
- Carry one Traveling Troll across every included project
- Keep personal progress private with teammate-controlled visibility
There is no new workflow or separate tracker. Progress comes from work already completed in Jira. Trolls never get sick, suffer or die, and admins can disable competitive features or restrict visibility to their team.
Start free with up to 2 projects. Paid access unlocks unlimited projects, Team Villages and cross-project progression.
Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge with no external app servers.

- Send a Toast from the Team Village. Click a teammate and send them a kudos ("Toast") with an optional message, right from the shared village. Also available from the Toast tab on any issue's My Troll panel.
- Restrict trolls to your team (admin). New Global Admin option to show the troll only to people with Jira's "View Development Tools" permission, hiding it from customers across the issue panel, the Troll Village, and the Team Village. Off by default.
- First-run guidance. Empty villages now point new users to hatch their troll from any issue's My Troll panel.
- Kudos clarity + rebalance. Fixed misleading "give kudos" copy; received-kudos XP aligned to the designed value (10 XP, capped at 5 per day) to keep the economy fair.
