Keep personal progress private by default
Each person controls whether teammates see their troll, level, streak, or XP, and whether they can send kudos. Streak and XP totals are hidden by default, and opting out never harms the troll.

Teams use it to:
- Reward status updates, worklogs, helpful comments, resolved blockers and kudos
- Grow personal pixel-art trolls through quests, streaks and collectibles
- Bring several Jira projects together in one animated Team Village
- Carry one Traveling Troll across every included project
- Keep personal progress private with teammate-controlled visibility
There is no new workflow or separate tracker. Progress comes from work already completed in Jira. Trolls never get sick, suffer or die, and admins can disable competitive features or restrict visibility to their team.
Free: one Team Village with two projects. Paid: every project, and up to 10 Team Villages.
Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge with no external app servers.

Your Traveling Troll now stays visible in Team Village while you focus a different project, and its project history is recorded more consistently as you earn XP.
- Focusing a Village project changes the scene's context, not Troll ownership: your own Traveling Troll stays visible in every focus, with the same normal treatment and placement as in the All projects view.
- Teammates continue to appear only for the projects that actually hold their history, so each district still tells its own story.
- Future Traveling Troll XP from normal Jira work, Sprint Goals, quests, Toasts, raids, team quests and loot now always records the project it came from, so project history stays complete as you play.
- Nothing else changes: XP amounts, quests, raids, Toast rewards, loot rewards and Village rules are exactly as before.
