In Jira's Apps menu, Better Stack lists the open incidents of the connected teams you can access, ongoing first. It's read-only: the page you check to see what needs attention, not a second place to act.
Connect once, attribute every action
A Better Stack team member who can manage integrations connects the Jira site to a team, once. Each responder then connects their own account, so the incident timeline shows who acknowledged and who resolved.
